Rental Policy security deposit $400 three weeks prior to the arrival (mailed back to you 3 days after your departure) county tax 10% cleaning fee $130 or $140 if you bring a dog(s) limited to 8 people, every additional person will result in $25/night in additional charges the cabin is "booked" after the payment is received in full; we keep it in "pending" for a couple of days expecting the arrival of the payment cancelation policy: - 100% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival - 50% refund up until 15 days prior to arrival (unless house is rented) - no refunds for holiday reservations check-in: 3 PM; departure: 10 am Payments PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, or cash
