Rental Policy rates are based on eight people occupancy security damage deposit of $400 is required 10 days prior to the arrival and given back to you 3 days after your departure 10% county tax is added to your rental total cleaning fee is $130 (additional $10 per dog) the cabin is "booked" when the payment is received in full; we keep it in "pending" for a couple of days expecting the arrival of your payment cancelation policy: - 100% refund up until 30 days prior to your arrival - 50% refund up until 15 days prior to arrival (unless the cabin is rented) - no refunds for holiday reservations (unless the cabin is rented) check-in @ 3 PM, check out @ 10 am unless special arrangements are made We accept Payments made by: PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, Well Fargo bank funds transfer, or cash
