Rental Policy rates are based on eight people occupancy, every additional person will result in $20/person/night in additional charges one day off discount for your each week of stay cleaning fee is $190 security damage deposit of $400 is required 10 days prior to the arrival and given back to you no later than 3 days after your departure the cabin is "booked" when payment is received in full; if you need I can keep it in "pending" for a couple of days expecting the arrival of your payment cancelation policy: - 100% refund up until 30 days prior to your arrival - 50% refund up until 15 days prior to arrival (unless the cabin is rented) - no refunds for holiday reservations (unless the cabin is rented) check-in @ 4 PM, check out @ 11 am unless special arrangements are made I accept Payments made by: PayPal, personal check, or bank funds transfer via Zelle. If payment involves credit card or any transaction fee, the guest is responsible for the fee.
